Congratulations Allein!

Last March 31, 2012, our company boss invited me to be the photographer of his friend’s son,
Allein to his grade school graduation. The ceremony was held at Don Bosco Technical Institute, Makati – an institute exclusively for boys. We were actually late! Haha! The marching was already started. Good thing Allein’s surname starts at letter V. I was really amazed for it’s my first time to attend such non-CoEd graduation. The reception was followed at Amigos Grill Express.

Amigos Grill Express is located along EDSA road, just a few blocks away from SM Savers and LRT-MRT EDSA Station. As I had a little conversation with the Manager, I found out that the restaurant is not yet officially open. They just had their soft opening due to Allein’s graduation which the official opening day will be on April 8, 2012, Easter Sunday. The main structure made me amazed, too! From passive air cooling to light ventilation, a green building indeed! You’ll find it out when you visit their place. And to the foods they served? It was really good! Haha! But I’m still looking forward to other dishes on their menu. Hopefully I could attend and taste all of their dishes on its opening day. :)

Just some of my shots during that day:

That's Allein! :)

  2. Amigo's Grill got a new management recently.. we had our reservation last week of Jan 2013 and it was horrific, terrible, inconvenience and unforgettable! We made a deal 2 weeks prior to confirmed date. When we arrive on the day of our event, buffet was not ready yet (we including our visitors waited for 45 mins), table and chair has no skirting, private room was not set up nicely (looks beerhouse), no enough food server (they only got 2 waitress to serve 100 pax??), food server was inefficient, their baked macaroni was tasteless (as per the MGR they forgot the bacon- hmm), beef caldereta and chicken teriyaki was NOT GOOD! in the end, we end up disappointed! I will never recommend such POOR RESTAURANT SERVICE AGAIN even if i live nearby.. Thanks!

    1. That was really disappointing. Sorry to hear that from you. :(
New management in less than a year? Not good.. :(
Maybe the first management was not that effective but at least they served really well that time..
