Visita Iglesia '13

Holy Week or the 'Semana Santa', as one of the Catholic Churches' religious holidays, is the week of tragedy, sorrow and the resurrection of Jesus which is also the time when we repent from our sins and give thanks to Him as well.

Visita Iglesia is traditionally done every Holy Week where Catholics visit different churches as they pray the fourteen (14) Stations of the Cross.

In observance of the season, we’ve done the Visita Iglesia at the southbound Luzon, since we’re only residing at Cavite. We practically visited churches only at DasmariƱas, Silang and Tagaytay.

On our first and second stations, we went to Mabuting Pastol Parish at DasmariƱas, Cavite. Third to fifth station was at The National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette, Silan Cavite. Then we headed to Pink Sisters at Tagaytay City for the sixth to eighth station, follows at Angel’s Hills for the ninth to eleventh Station. Then  headed to Our Lady of Lourdes at Tagaytay for the last three stations, the twelfth to fourteenth stations.

Sorry for I haven't took pictures of all the churches we've visited since camera wasn't allowed inside. I only got few photos here. ;)

Remember, Jesus showed us how much He loves us through His cross. Let's all ask for His forgiveness and thank Him for everything, especially for saving us all from our sins. God Bless us all! :)
